This project in Chelmsford, Massachusetts involved repairing interior wall damage caused by an ice dam. We teamed up with LeBlanc Building Restoration, who handled the drywall replacement and installed new trim after the damaged materials were removed.
Once the new drywall and trim were in place, our team was brought in to properly finish and restore the surfaces. We applied a skim coat to the new drywall to create a smooth, uniform finish, followed by detailed sanding to remove imperfections and ensure the repaired areas blended seamlessly with the surrounding walls. After proper surface preparation, we applied a high-quality primer to seal the drywall, and then finished the space with premium interior paint.
The final result was a clean, seamless restoration that repaired the damage from the ice dam and brought the walls and trim back to a smooth, professional finish that matched the surrounding areas of the home.
